Wil Williamson

President

Wil Williamson is the CEO and Founder of The W.I.G. Cares Foundation, Inc., where he leads with a deep commitment to community empowerment and service. As a seasoned business owner, Wil has dedicated his life to uplifting others, particularly children and families affected by autism and intellectual disabilities. One of his proudest accomplishments is witnessing the joy and impact of giving, especially during the foundation’s annual Christmas giveaway, where families receive much-needed support and encouragement.

Wil’s dedication to service has earned him several prestigious honors, including a Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service from President Joseph Biden and recognition from the Office of the Mayor for Community Partnerships. He has also been acknowledged for his professional excellence with a Certificate of Achievement from Allstate Insurance Company, a Certificate of Appointment as a Notary Public since 2005, and the Life Underwriter Training Council Award. Additionally, he received Outstanding Humanitarian Recognition from Senator John L. Sampson’s Community Action Program.

Wil's leadership is rooted in compassion, vision, and a firm belief that serving others, especially those in marginalized communities, creates lasting change. Through W.I.G. Cares, he continues to build strategic partnerships and innovative programming that bring hope, inclusion, and opportunity to those who need it most.

Jenica Walcott

Managing Director

Jenica Walcott serves as the Managing Director of The W.I.G. Cares Foundation, Inc., bringing a strong background in education and the arts. She holds a dual degree in Psychology and Dance and a Master’s in Creative and Innovative Education. She combines research-driven knowledge with a creative vision to lead inclusive programs for students with autism and intellectual disabilities. Jenica is passionate about using dance and storytelling to build community, foster empathy, and create spaces where all children can thrive.

In her leadership role, Jenica works closely with founder Wil Williamson to grow W.I.G. Cares through strategic partnerships, innovative programming, and system development. Her servant leadership and collaborative approach help ensure the foundation continues to make a lasting impact in underserved communities.

Her achievements include the Forté Career Readiness Certificate, Truist Emerging Leaders Certificate, and the Georgia Certificate of Merit from the University of Georgia. Jenica has also been recognized as a 2x Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholar, 2x C200 Scholar, and 2x Forté Scholar, highlighting her ongoing commitment to leadership, equity, and innovation.

Jenica remains dedicated to expanding W.I.G. Cares’ reach across Georgia, working to ensure all children, regardless of ability, are seen, supported, and celebrated.
