Jenica Walcott is the Managing Director of The W.I.G. Cares Foundation, Inc., and a dedicated dance artist, educator, and advocate. She holds dual degrees in Psychology and Dance from Agnes Scott College and a Master of Arts in Creative & Innovative Education from Georgia State University. During her graduate studies, Jenica focused on researching best practices for sharing autoethnographic stories through dance and uplifting diverse voices through nonprofit leadership and social impact-driven business models.
Jenica has choreographed and performed a wide range of solo and ensemble pieces, often blending praise, modern, and contemporary styles. Her performance credits include Agnes Scott College’s Gospel Choir events, NAACP Banquets, Studio Dance Theater showcases, and televised appearances on WATC Channel 57 with Moore Arts Movement Theatre Company.
In addition to her artistic work, Jenica is a passionate advocate for children and families with autism. Through inclusive programming, she aims to support the social and emotional development of neurodiverse students.

Through her choreography, scholarship, and community leadership, Jenica continues to uplift and inspire her community through dance. She looks forward to empowering children and families through the joy of dance, expression, and faith.
